      24 hour on site or remote response
      time during business hours
  *Reduced hourly rates
   * One free drive charge each month
  *A free phone support call (up to 1 hr.
     each month)

* Ability to redeem unused service 
    hours to purchase systems, brand
   name printers, notebooks, servers
   and other products  (To be redeemed
   with in 30 days post contract)
* Free computer loaner available when
   your critical computer is down. (Does
   not include labor to set up loaner
   computer with your programs and
   information)

$120.00/1.6 hour block

Phone Support
1 - 15 minutes $20.00/ .27 hr block
hourly rate after 15 min $75.00/ 1 hr block

Remote Computer Support
connection fee $20.00/ .27 hr block
hourly rate $75.00/ 1 hr block
